If it is a rules question, the How to Play deck is on the main menu and in the pause menu, and the interactive tutorial takes about a minute. Between them they cover the three things that surprise new players: diagonals count as connections, the edge of the board is not safe, and a score can go down when a siege is broken.
What helps most: which device and browser, what you did, and what happened instead of what you expected. The Statistics screen has a copy button that puts your figures on the clipboard - pasting those in tells us a great deal.
